I've known/ grew up and been best friends with ethen since kindergarten, I've also known ryan for many years and i can promise you, you can trust these guys to get the job done right and very respectfully!! They are both very knowledgeable and know what they are doing, ethen came to my grandmas house and made sure he explained everything to her and reassured her that everything would be taken care of, he made sure everything that needed done was done and nothing thay didn't did, they came in and had the whole roof done in about 8 hours and it came out amazing!!! They did such a wonderful job and were very polite during the whole process, if you are in need of a new roof or siding done i highly highly recommend goin through them, they will get you taken care of and leave you very happy!!!! ~ Jordan W

We worked with Jake at Empire and he was instrumental in getting our new roof covered by our insurance. He came out and did a thorough inspection of our roof and determined we had legitimate claim and helped facilitate that process. He made sure he was here when the insurance adjuster came and talked with her regarding his findings. The actual install was done when we were not home. When we returned the next day everything was cleaned up and in place around the exterior of our house. The roof looks great. Jake sent us pictures of the roof during the install and when finished. He also came to the house a few days later to check everything and pick up leftover materials. Jake was pleasant, polite and attentative and we would definitely recommend Empire. ~ Christy K

Josh Hammons with the Morehead, Ky branch worked with us on our rental property in Richmond that was severely damaged in a recent wind/hailstorm, the house required new roofing, gutters & vinyl siding. I had a most difficult experience attempting to find a contractor to get the repairs done in a timely manner. A couple of local contractors sub out the siding work & informed me that the siding work would have to wait for 2-3 months. A couple others were significantly more costly. Empire came through with the, best price, did all the work in house, completed it in one week, & provided an awesome guarantee, we were thrilled! We had wind damage to our roof in the Spring of 2023 and after filing an insurance claim, I needed a roofing contractor. I contacted Empire Roofing not knowing anything about them, and boy on my glad I did. We definitely made the right choice! Our insurer only wanted to cover half the roof and dragged out the process for a few months. But we worked with Karina at Empire Roofing and she really pushed for full coverage of the roof. She took lots of time inspecting the roof and documenting the damage to submit the claim and update it multiple times to prove the wind damage. Well, we got the whole roof approved with Karina's help. It looks amazing! She was very diligent, communicated well through the entire process, and was very kind to work with. Highly recommend Empire Roofing! We worked with Ethen, and he was extremely knowledgable, helpful and professional. The process of having an inspection, potentially replacing your roof, all without knowing what it will cost can be super daunting. Ethen was super transparent through the whole process, helped with the insurance conversations, guidance, and was present for the inspection. Insurance ended up covering the cost so all we had to pay was our deductible which was great! We would've never looked into this without Ethen's help and initial information. The whole process was no strings attached, so knowing we could stop the process at any time. The guys that did the physical roof replacement were courteous, respectful of our property and thorough. Ethan, who was our contact person was polite, professional and extremely helpful. He helped us through the process, met with the insurance adjuster and kept us informed. Through his efforts our claim was accepted and our roof repaired by insurance. On the appointed day, a large crew showed up on time and got quickly to work. They covered our walkway and gardens to protect them from debris and replaced the roof. It was done by 3:00. Cleaned up thoroughly. Ethan came to inspect the job to make sure it was done right. He took photos and spent time with us to make sure we were satisfied before he left. The neat thing is we never felt like we were dealing with a salesman. There was never any pressure and he genuinely wanted to help us get a new roof. We would 100% recommend Empire to anyone who needs a new roof! ~ L P

I highly recommend Karina Palacio with Empire Roofing without any reservations. Over the years, we've had multiple roofing companies stop by to give us a free evaluation. However, in talking with Karina I could tell there was something different about her. She was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and patient. I told her I wasn't interested if we couldn't get an insurance claim. She said, she would tell me if she thought that was realistic or not. After inspecting the roof, she said, I'm almost positive we can do this. Karina answered all our questions and responded to all of our communication almost immediately. She worked with our insurance company and kept us abreast of any new developments. Her team was extremely hard working and thorough and finished our roof in a day. Everette was recommended to me by an insurance adjuster and it was the greatest advise I received! He evaluated my situation and he took it from there. He noticed a cracked flashing on a sewer exhaust pipe and some shingle issues. He came back with a new sewer collar which he installed for free before I ever signed a contract! Everette and Sarah did an exceptional job of presenting my case to the insurance company and followed up with them all on their own; still without me ever signing a contract. Who does that these days? The roof installation was top notch and Everette made sure I was satisfied with the work before I paid the invoice. They also took no money up front. Ethen stopped by my home last year and asked if I would like him to check the roof for damage. I said yes as I had shingles on my shed that had fallen off. He checked things out and said there was damage but not enough to get a replacement roof. He said he would stop back in a few months and check again. I felt he was an honest man because he didn’t try to push me into something I didn’t need. Ethen came back this year as promised and after a few more storms my roof needed to be replaced . I filed the claim with my insurance company. Both Allstate and Ethen kept me updated as to what was happening every step of the way. As of today I have a new roof on my house and shed. The work and clean up was all done in one day. I am very pleased with Ethen and Empire roofing . Taylor Swayne was exceptionally responsive - not only immediately responding to her call, but also assessing the damage and making the repair quickly — and when I say quickly, I mean same day service. Taylor was very knowledgeable and took time to respond to my mom’s questions. He provided superior service at a reasonable price and perhaps most importantly, he gave my mom peace of mind. I want to first say that it is nice when someone takes a personal interest in satisfying you as a customer. This is what Ryan and Karina did when working on my roof replacement. My insurance company was making me jump through several hoops to get to the point that my roof was approved to be replaced. Karina not only fought for me every step of the way, but she assured me that the whole roof would get replaced. It is nice to know that in today's business environment that someone cares about their customers personally and does not view them as just a means for profit. Empire did the roof and gutters of my home. Outstanding service and great work! Jake, the project manager oversaw the entire project from start to finish and contacted home insurance to help aide in most of the paperwork matters. As most of us are busy in everyday lives, Jake made it possible to ease the transition of insurance matters. Roofing can be a messy project and flower bedding are close to the home foundation and some of my landscaping were destroyed during the process. Jake was notified and offered to compensate for damages! Highly recommend this company and it was a pleasure working with them! You will not be disappointed. ~ Aimee A

My wife and I highly recommend Empire Roofing for all your roofing needs. We first heard of heard of this company through a neighbor who is a contractor. He had worked with Ryan and highly recommended him. We have had two occasions to use Ryan's services, and both times, he was very generous with his time. The first time we had some shingles that looked a little worn. He came out and did an inspection free of charge. The second time was a roof leak during the middle of a storm. I recently had both my home and garage roofs replaced by Empire, it was a great experience! Jake performed the inspection and assisted with working with my insurance company. The inspection done by Empire was right on track with the insurance inspection and my insurance ended up covering the replacement! Jake was very informative, prompt with responses, and answered all questions. I was kept informed of when the replacement would take place and they completed the job on time. Had some roof damage due to high wind recently and called Empire. Had a good conversation with Ryan and he came out to look at things and suggested opening up a claim with my insurance company. I followed his advice and their adjuster said my roof was too old to repair so they authorized a new one. Ryan's crew arrived early in the morning a week later, moved my patio furniture and garden lights away from the house, placed tarps everywhere to catch debris and the roofing nails then got to work. His crew was fast working and efficient. Within an hour, the roof was stripped down to the decking and they started installing the new one. They finished around 4pm, cleaned everything up and were out of here. I have zero complaints and it was a job well done! Ryan, thank you, your crew, Darren and Karina!!! It is rare that you work with a company that can take a situation and make it right at such a quick rate. We had a roof leak and went from having a scheduling issue to Ryan immediately calling me to make things right. I could tell this a company that takes care of their customers at all costs. After going through the situation with Ryan, I knew Karina would be out today on a Saturday morning first thing to take care of it. Highly recommend. Ryan stopped by for a courtesy examination of what I believed/hoped to be a minor roof issue. He went into the attic and looked and pinpointed the issue after also inspecting the roof. The issue thankfully was small and was a rusted nail and area that simply needed resealed. He wouldn't let me consider paying until it rained several more times to ensure the issue was resolved. He returned twice to inspect the roof to ensure it was resolved. Great customer service!! Empire just finished my new roof. I was able to work with them and my insurance on covering all costs due to a wind storm. Ryan and his team were prompt in their responses and friendly. I scheduled the install and a week later his team took off my shingles and replaced them in 1 day on my house and garage. I was happy to see that his team put tarps down in my yard to capture the old shingles and any nails. They parked a dumpster for 1 day to haul away the old shingles etc. I would absolutely use them again, if needed and recommend them to others. Thanks Ryan! ~ Susan W

Ryan was a very responsive and quick about any issues that came up with the repairs. Once we reached out to inquire about a quote, he responded the next day. He overlooked the whole to see of any other issues that may have not been seen without asking. He didn't give us the whole snake oil pitch, that seems to be more common nowadays to up sale you to buy more. He was direct and knowledgeable of what he was talking about and very friendly. I will definitely be using his services for anything in the future. And I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone to use him. ~ Remington S

Mr. Zach Bradshaw was the gentleman who did our inspection and helped throughout our entire process. His crew was in and out within a day, best part they cleaned up so efficiently you couldn't even tell that they had been there! We suspected we had wind and maybe hail damage to our roof. Jake Mcdougal from Empire came out to do a free inspection and estimate. He documented the damage that he found on our roof. The adjuster came out the following day. The Empire crew had a brand new roof on our house 3 days later! The whole experience was unbelievable. The roof looks amazing! Empire helped me negotiate with my insurance to get my entire roof replaced and siding. When at first the insurance company only wanted to do a small roof and siding repair which would have looked terrible. Now the roof is all new. The team replaced it in record time. One day is all it took to remove the entire roof down to the bare rafters, put new plywood, roof vents, iceguard, flashing and shingles. WOW. These roofers have superpowers.
